Blue Haven Pools is a national fraud and should be avoided at all costs!! They are a sham front for local fly by night construction contractors who go out of business leaving you with nothing. There isn't a national Blue Haven office or support line, only a fraudulent phone number to leave unreturned messages. Our pool contractor, Martinelli Construction was a joke that refused to even complete the job before going out of business. No calls have been returned or any direction on how to get our pool completed.
All calls to Blue Haven have gone unreturned. Now, their website doesn't even show an Illinois office. We are now forced to get an attorney involved and somehow try to get another pool company to finish the job. We have been completely SCREWED BY BLUE HAVEN POOLS!!!!

Has anyone been able to get a hold of blue haven pool and spa / Martinelli construction in Illinois yet? If so, can you give out that info. Also, Paul if you post a number I can reach you. Rip-off Report will forward that to me, and I might be able to help track down the owner(s) of the Illinois branch.

I work at a pool and spa company and have had the oppurtunity to work with Blue Haven customers that were left in the dark with incomplete pools, and out a great deal of money.
Unfortunately, there are many customers like you in this area, and from what I was told by some of them, they were all working together to get an attorney, but were unable to locate any info about the company.
I know that we were contacted by manufacturers and distributors to assist quite a few customers with completion of their pools, because they to could not get in touch with the company.
I wish you the best of luck, and hope that you are able to get some relief out of the whole situation.

You state there is no national BH office. Blue Haven Pools is a logo/trade name owned by another corporation. The whole operatiion is a layer of corporations. Send a certified return receipt Consumer Legal Remedies Act letter to Al Eisman, Ron Zaberer, Chris Waters, Robert Quintal and Kyle Peek at 636 Broadway, Ste 310 San Diego, CA 92103. Please Cc: Federal Trade Commisssion, State Attorney General, the specific office in your area, the construction company & State Contractor Board. You're actually serving the construction company and its agents, officers and owners, the BH office in your area & its agents, officers, member directors and owners and all does 1-100 and the CA address provided above and all does 1-100; known and unknown.
Go to Secretary of State and find out the agent for service of process on the company name on your contract. My quetion is: Is the Construction company you listed acting as Blue Haven Pools or were they sub-contracted by BH to perform a specific function. Who is running the BH office there-Full name, phone # w/area code, and other corporate names it's operating under (DBAs/fictitious business names listed with city & county)? If you really want help from some of us, we need to know specifics and will then be happy to assist you.
As soon as you have provided answers to the questions, you will be given other specific actions to take to remedy your problem, additional names and addresses and will receive full assistance in your endeavors to be "made whole". I am not an attorney for hire and this is not a solicitation or ad of any kind. It is sincerely an offer to help you for the sake of justice.
