Have you read any of the other reports here, especially the one written on July 14, 2009? Did you check out this company before you made this purchase? The BBB.org has an unfavorable report with regards to this company. Look at the additional comments that I made to aid you, and others.
According to the Maryland, and Navada Attorney Generals office, a lawsuit was filed, and one of the stipulations was that they must grant full refunds if they don't supply the merchandise within a reasonable abount of time. I believe you qualify for this refund, and fall into the Maryland time frame of this lawsuit.
Don't sit by, and take what they dish out. Get off your but, and take ACTION! Contact the Maryland AG office.
