ON SEP 21, 2007, MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO PURCHASE A COMPUTER. BLUE HIPPO PROMISED ALL THESE GREAT THINGS TO GO ALONG WITH THE COMPUTER SO WE DECIDED THEY WERE THE ONES. AFTER ABOUT DEBITING SEVERAL PAYMENTS, WE STILL HAD'T RECIEVED THE COMPUTER. SO WE DECIDED TO CALL THEM, AND IT WAS THEN THAT WE WERE TOLD SEVERAL OTHER PAYMENTS HAD TO BE MADE, AND THEY GAVE US A GRAND TOTAL WHICH WAS OVER $3000.00, SO IMMEDIATELY WE CANCELLED. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD USE THE MONEY THAT WAS DEBITED TOWARDS ITEMS FROM THERE STORE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GIVE REFUNDS. SO WE ARGUED FOR MONTHS, AND AFTER GETTING NO WHERE WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE A FAX MACHINE. WELL THE ORDER CAME UP MISSING! SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, STILL NO FAX OR ORDER. SO WE PLACED THE ORDER AGAIN, THIS TIME WE WERE TOLD SINCE IT HAD BEEN A WHILE WE WOULD LOSE SOME OF THE CREDIT. SO AGAIN WE ARGUED AND FINALLY, I ASKED HOW MUCH WAS NEEDED. THEY TOLD ME TO SEND $12.85 AND IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS, STILL NO FAX! I CALL AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AND ALL I GET IS A RUNAROUND AND THAT SICKENING MESSAGE TO LISTEN TO WHILE YOU ARE PLACED ON HOLD FOR 20-30 MINUTES AT A TIME. THEY TELL ME EVERYTIME THAT I CALL THEY ARE WAITING TO PROCESS MY MONEY ORDER. AND THE CHAT WITH A LIVE OPERATOR, THAT'S A JOKE! BLUE HIPPO IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!
