Bluehippo Funding ripoff, fraud Baltimore Maryland

I worked for six months for Blue Hippo as a Customer Service rep. and was fired for having a pencil & paper. So afraid was Mr. Resin of anything being written down that could be passed on to the media. This was weeks after he fired the entire C/S dept except for two of us, whom he fired later. Nothing appears to have changed. At first, I chalked up the poor response, and slow deliveries to a start up business. But as I read these admissions, I realize that things have apparently gotten worse. When I was there a year ago, The Call Center Mgr, was a suspected cocaine addict and pathological liar. It was a stressful job constantly having to lie to customers about their delivery dates. We'd be told to tell them a specific date and then they'd call when it wouldn't come, very upset! There is no Audit department. And the Phrase "accelerated shipping" was something our C/S group made up to appease really angry customers. I guess they still use it. Although 12 weeks was the given delivery time line,; expect more like 6 mo's. My question is, why do Agencies such as BBB and The States Attorney's office allow this company to continue to operate if their practices are outside of the law. If you are still working there, find something esle, the job market is better. Mr. Resin is a very mentally ill man. His money is the only thing that allows him to get away with the way he yells and treats employees. He is a little man who walks too hard and gives away his Napoleanic Complex. As I was leaving from being fired, I smiled. I knew that the extremity of this action, firing me for having a paper and pencil, meant he was suffering some unusual stress, and I was really glad to see that happen. Why has'nt the Media or consumer groups singled out this company for investigation. It's mindboggling. He does it because he can!
