I have been on countless employment service sites sending my resume to hiring companies.  The day after I sent my resume out to twenty five companies, I received a email from the company stating they were interested.  Below is the first email I received:

You're a wonderful candidate and I have the perfect position in our HR department for you.
Blue Housing Group is a real estate investment firm with over $17 billion in assets. We also have 55-offices.
Our Compensation & Benefits manager position is now available. You will start out at $43.15 per hour.

I'm authorized to hire on the spot, so you can sign your job offer sheet early Wednesday morning.
This position DOES NOT require a college degree. However, I need you to get your HR certification.
It only takes a few minutes to obtain your HR certification for this senior level administrative position.

I looked into their Assessment and it requires me to make a payment of $7.95.  Therefore I did not perform any other actions.  I just received another email.  The third email is below.

 I noticed there was never a phone number nor an address of this company yet they want me to begin training.  What company would give you the answers to a test that indicates your ability to perform your position.  I looked into this company and the real company is in California and the list of employees does not contain a Michelle Sullivan.  I found a number on this site and called it but it sounded more like a fax number.  Just wanted everyone to beware.
