Blue Tax Blue tax inc, Todd Lewis stole money for services not rendered, rude, unprofessional, not allowed to speak with attorney after paying over $10,000 los angeles, California

In October 2010 my husband and I hired Blue tax inc. in Los Angeles, CA to handle our taxes. We were told to the fee would be $4200.00 which we paid. We saw no progress or any returns were filed. In March of 2012 they finally contacted us to tell us we needed to pay an additional amount $23,000. to continue to work on our case.

We were outraged but due to the severity of dealing with the IRS we made payment arrangements and sent another payment of $6500.00. We still got no returns filed. We asked repeatedly to be able to speak with the attorney working on our case and were denied on several attempts. We even sent a certified letter demanding to speak with the attorney on our case and were still denied. At that point we asked to have the Power of Attorney removed and we were forced to find different honest representation. 

I sent an email letting Blue Tax know that we would no longer require their services and that we decided to due so because the appropriate work we agreed to had not been done. They responded with a rude hateful email saying we were delusional and we are case was no longer open due to non payment. This company is a scam and they don't have attorneys on staff. The attorneys are outside council and we were told to send all further communication to him. 

I am now asking for a full refund and I believe we are absolutely entitled to it.
