I was a salesman for them last year. They beat me out of thousand of dollars in commission. I was trained by Jim Mertel, Kevin Fisher and Paul Romano. They all lied to me. They said that they had all these pre approved finance companies. Well after talking to some other salesmen and people in the office, I found out that they only have 1 finance company that finances the pools. The company is Ionics. Their website www.ionicsfidelity.com says that they are in Watertown Massachussetts and in California and shows a Scott A. Battiste as the President. Their phone number is 925-456-7000. If enough of us call Mr Batiste then we can overcome this scam and run them out of business.
