We bought a pool off of this company last year. We were told that it was only $8,000. After it is all said and done we will have to pay $44,800. f We tried to cancel our contract within the three days, but was told that we didn't call in time to cancel. We were told that if we still tried to cancel, that we would be charge $7,000 to cancel and a lien would be put on our house, if we didn't pay. So we had no choice other then to pay the monthly charge of $374.00.

We were told that they were going to upgrade our pool from a 24 ft round to a 27th round for no charge for our troubles, I have been reading on here, where that offer is given to everyone. They also said that they were giving us a discount for having a show pool, I also read on here, where that offer os given to everyone as well. I told them they better not send anyone here to see my pool, because I will not have anything kind to tell the customer, I will tell them to not buy from this company, again we were threantened, if we did this, they would put a lien against our house and property.

This company needs to be stopped and everyone shoule get their money back. If there is anyway of this happening. I will be the first to join.
