I was so happy to find this web site! I am a former employee of this company and have been ripped off , lied to, and feel completely embaressed to have represented this company. I am truelly sorry to all customers of blue world pools or whatever other names they used. I wish I had figured out what was going on earlier and had never sold one pool for them.
I have no hope of being paid for the sales I made and have lost thousands of dollars on gas and travel expenses. It makes me sick to think that I was a part of this.
The thing I am most upset about is that what I have probably put these customers through by selling them pools from this company. If they rip off their own employess by not paying them I am sure that the customers are being ripped off as well.
I stupidly worked for this company for over 3 months and have to this date recieved not recieved even a 1/10th of my commission. I also worked on the road for this company spending hundreds of dollars a day to run leads hundreds of miles apart across 3-4 states. I kept taking there excuses of why I was getting my money, thinking things happen.
I took another job because I needed to feed my family, since I was not recieving pay and put my notice in of my leaving the compnay. Based on my records they owe me $7-8k,so I felt that when they did get paid, in the promised near future, I would get caught up on my bills. After my last day I was promised some of my commission on the next check to be issued. So when I called to find out how much I would be recieving the true hustler side of their business showed its ugly head.
That's when I was informed my records and theirs were suddenly drastically different --my $7-8,000 turn into $1-2,000. I was also told that deals supposedly fell through--like Anymous in Jacksonville, FL -- had inhouse deductions and so on and so on. Which I have no way of proving one way or another. Unlike, my fellow ripped off Jacksonville co-worker, I worked all my leads, so their lead cost deduction did not apply to my situation. I feel they are basically going to take their time to pay me, when they feel like if they don't have more made up deductions to make. I was thinking it was just happening to me and I was the most nieve person on the planet.
This company lies from the beginning to the end.
I hope that it is true in life that what goes around comes around. If their is anyone else out their ( customers or employees ) please come forward and we can keep this from happening to anyone else.
