This is how they work:
You see a late night ad advertising an above ground pool for $299 ($399 now) or an add for Thermospas. You call in and set an appointment for a salesman to come out and see you for 90 minute presentation. 1st question to ask yourself is for $299 they pay a salesman to come out to my house? The salesman arrives for your appointment WITH THE SOLE INTENTION OF TRYING TO SELL YOU A $16000 ABOVE GROUND POOL or a $20,000 jacuzzi. IT IS HIGH PRESSURE!
PROMISED OF RICHES FOR SELLING SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE ALREADY WANT! BIG DOLLARS.....Needless to say, I didn't do very well because I knew that this was all wrong. The two sales that I did get were only after the Sales Manager on the phone went down to under $8000 for the pool and $10000 for the spa. Oh, they know you don't have the cash, that's why they offer flexible payment plans at 21% interest if you qualify!
I can't tell you how many conversations I had with people who all said the same thing everyone has to say on this board "I knew it was too good to be true" or "I feel like I've been scammed"
WARNING: THEY CHANGE THEIR NAMES AFTER THE WORD GETS OUT ABOUT THEM. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT. There advertising IS INTENTIONALLY misleading!
SPREAD THE WORD.....BLUE WORLD POOLS WILL CERTAINLY DO EVERYTHING IN ITS POWER TO GET YOU TO SAY YES. DO NOT MAKE A DECISION BASED ON A SLICK PRESENTATION AND A BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC OF THEM GIVING YOU HUGE DISCOUNTS TO HAVE A POOL INSTALLED AS A "SHOW" POOL IN THE AREA. JUST ANOTHER LIE.

The best part is that we got the pool at a very competitive rate. the pool has been the best thing to us since the time it got installed. it has helped us to maintain a daily routine of swimming and water exercises.
moreover my kids also like the swimming sessions and we all love the gathering that we have by the pool side. infact with blue world pool i feel my family has got a better chance to interact and spend more quality time. thanks blue world pool.

This just proves our point. that you are ripping hardworking american's off. Shame On You. "Oh" that's right we were told by our instuctor in training class that the people who buy from you are dumb and ignorant. I think consumers are proving you wrong! You are the ignorant ones because their are plenty of us out here you ripped off.and we have only begun to fight.

I recently acquired a Blue World Pool from a reputed dealer who was recommended by a friend. The representative of the company who arrived at my doorstep following a phone call was very polite and helpful and guided me through the various finance schemes available with Blue World Pool. The process was smooth and it was nothing like the nightmare I imagined it would be.
Before I realized it, my family and I were the proud owners of our very own private pool. Not only was it designed to suit the decor of my home, the changes suggested by the Blue World Pool representative also made perfect sense, once I saw the final result.
As a satisfied customer of Blue World Pool I would like to thank them for their prompt service and would no doubt like to continue my association with Blue World Pool for a long term.

I called and was told that a rep would come out to my house to make sure that my land was ok to install the pool on and that a 90 minute visit with both my husband and myself present was necessary. I explained that I wanted the pool they were advertising and that I could go to the city building and get the codes to see if I could install the pool.
I know that city codes may differ from one place to another,so it didn't make sense that the rep had to determine that. I also didn't want to hear about any other pools with a deal they offered. I also asked about where to locate the Econoline pool agreement and 3 employees couldn't tell me where it was. There was a Login feature, but it was unusable because there was no place to register in order to login,and no one knew about that either.
I was very suspicious and told the lady that all I want to do is order the pool and that they made it too difficult to purchase, so I said that I changed my mind,thanked her, and hung up. I then did a Google search for the website and came across the Ripoff Report and decided to write this. If you think it's too good to be true, it is.

If you go to myfoxatlanta.com it has were they changed there name 3 time.
This has got to stop....what are we going to do???????????
They are probably in the middle of changing there name now so they do not have to pay back any money to us.
