after many phone calls to the company, we finally spoke to the customer service representative in atlanta, ga. he threatened us with taking our land. i told him he could not "get blood from a turnip". he said, "no but i can do alot with the dirt that turnip is grown in". after getting the pool full of water the liner slpit at the bottom seam. the installer has not been back because he tells me that blue world pool has not paid him yet and he can not afford the gas. needless to say the whole experience with blue world pool has been nothing good!
