Well let me start by saying thank you to Rip offs founder...whoever you are...thank you
Now I do believe I have alot in common with everyone on this company...I have been lied to ...ripped off ...and rudely spoken to..I agree that we need to get together and put this company out of business...I dont care how long they have been in business nor do I care how many happy customers they have or how many years all of there empoyees in upper management have been there...
we bought a pool from them about 3 months ago...and like everyone else the finance dept contacted us too late for us to back out..Shannon Wilson has got to be the rudest most smart...butt person I have ever spoke to...I have never gotten the run around like I have in the last two weeks...we agreed to pay $12,736.00 for the 27' midline pool (((yes way too much)))
but we agreed because of the chemical free bs that they gave us and the bs lifetime warrenty...we have had to shook the pool at least once a week all summer..
now we are rfinancing our home and could not believe it when our mortgage guy told us but our pay off...mind you after only 3 months is $18,455.00 !! I almost fell over ..when I contacted Shannon Wilson she told me it was finance charges!!On top of the other box that you people have finance charges in??? Well then I was told it was a ""Buy Down Finance charge !!"" because we could not get out of house financed..bs my husband has a very high credit score..so now we dont know what to do...HELP!!!
Also a note to Billie in Etowah I live here to!! We need to get in touch and see what we can come up with
Anyway I will keep everyone posted....

Will you please, please email or call me?? I had to get a lawyer today because of this stupid company. Maybe if we all stick together we can get them shut down for good.....my email addy is (((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) I hate to think of all the people that have lost a home to these people. Thats the reason we got a lawyer because of the lein they are trying to put on our home and we didnt lie THEY DID!!!!! I've called the FTC and the BBB so a lawyer was the last step. Please help me !!!

Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, and our Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salespeople, assoicates and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See BadBusinessBureau). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be.

Thresa it looks like they must have added those phantom fees that they are adding to everyone. This is ILLEGAL even if you have signed the so call disclosure. It is ILLEGAL because they did not disclosed the information in a legal way. The Tainted it. The Attoney General and the Federal Trade Commission are your best bet. They will arrest and prosecute these individuals for FRAUD. There are various Agencies after them.. call and they will help you and show you how you can get your money back. I used to work for them when they were in Dallas Texas and while there they cheated customers in California, and had to return all the money back, while the customer kept the pools
