BlueAnt Wireless Failure to honor warranty Internet
I bought the BlueAnt Wirless Commute Car Kit on November 29, 2012 with a one year warranty. It stopped working July 2013. I contacted company online and was told to make sure it was charged. I said the unit was charged, it is a problem with the on/off switch, but they insisted I charge it with wall charger, then in the car, then with USB through commuter. This of course made no difference since the on/off switch was broken. They finally agreed and said to fill in the online form to receive a replacement. I did so but never heard from them. I then sent an email and was told to submitt proof of purchase, which i did again, and to wait 10 -14 business days for my replacement unit. Time passed, no unit, so I emailed them again and was told it would take another 3 - 10 business days. When that passed, i was told to give them until Friday to receive my replacement. That was yesterday and no unit.
All they need to do is honor their warranty: either a refund or a new unit.
