Every-time I go to access my account the account would be
locked. Wanting me to send copy of my social security card to unlock.
Ridiculous! I don't go through that much troble for my banking accounts.
I have had nothing but trouble with this account. They will not even
let you talk to a supervisor. I do not make a habit of reporting
companies, but they had me so angry, I want everyone to know what a
sorry company this is. I just wanted a way to put money on a card for my
cousin when she needed it. I have not been able to do this since I had
the cards because always something. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!
