Bluedini ripoff, $600 Unauthorized Debit of Account Dallas Texas

I called this company to install Direct TV in my home. They made an appointment for someone to come out, after giving them my visa card number to debit my account for $9.95. I took off work for that afternoon and no one ever showed up. I called them and all I could get were voice mails stating that someone would call me back and no one ever did. I then called Direct TV and they stated that they were not affilliated with Bluedini that Bluedini just installs their system. Direct TV then made an appt to come out and there person did show up.

Three months later, I noticed that I am missing money out of that account. I went to the bank to find that Bluedini had debited my account for $600, not to mention that they did get there $9.95 three months prior.

The moral of this story is "DON'T CALL BLUEDINI! Call Direct TV directly!"
