(ARDA).
Find
the ethics they broke during your presentation and then file a formal complaint with them. www.arda.org
Also,
write to the BBB in Florida and file a complaint with them. Here's the address

General of your state as well as the attorney general of the state you made your purchase, and file a complaint with them as well.
