We have been guested by one of the offers during a visit to the mall. At the time of the timeshare visit they offer us the ownership with fees and club dues at a minimum and possibility of resale or rent points. After a year during a resort stay we have been offered to upgrade because the points were not enough to cover fees and good vacation time. Fees were exceeding the amount originally signed for. At that time the sale agent wanted to make his own business too.

At a third visit to one of the resorts we have been asked again to upgrade, promising a full cover of vacation time or capability to cover most of the fees with the points if not willing to travel. Also we have been told that was our right to put the equity certificate in resale with bluegreen at any time.

It is a diabolic selling system that does not protect the customer but only the company and its affialiated business. It is not an ownership protected share but one only profit.
