I am paraplegic and was told they had accessible resorts, not true
They would no longer talk to me after I told them I had spoken with an attorney
They called me to their office for a resolution only to tell me I didnt have enough points to go anywhere and sold me more points, still nothing availableI just got a letter 3 years later saying they have been trying to contact me and I havent responded, another lie
