Back in July, I ordered 3 specific Bulbs are are made for lighting up a system of lights around our pool.

Everything was smooth until I received a package from Bluestar only to find the product inside was not even close to what I had ordered. ( See picture )

I tried to contact the company over the course of a week via: Email and Phone however; nobody ever picked up OR called back OR emailed back.

It was at this point, I contacted the BBB and they investigated. Shortly there after I finally received an email saying I needed to send the wrong items back  ( on my own dime ) and they would promptly send out the correct ones.

I shipped overnight from Canada to New York, and got confirmation they were delivered and signed for by a "K.Karn".

From this point, I was told the correct blubs were sent to me on Aug.8th 2012 however, I sit here today August 25th with nothing. [continued below]....
..... No email or phone calls back from the company providing a tracking number OR idea of where the replacements are.

SOLUTION: I've contacted Royal Bank whom put me in touch with VISA Canada. I've filled out a report, included all information i've obtained about the fraudulent business, and will do a forced "Charge Back" from the company.

Also, Royal Bank Visa Canada will now put all purchases from Canadian residents on hold until their voice approval when buying from Bluestar International Components. I only wish our American counterparts would do the same however; they don't offer this system in the U.S yet.

For now, I've contacted a local Representative from the Bulb company who is providing me the 3 bulbs free of charge however; I URGE you to not do business with this company.

They only post Positive reviews on their site however; for every positive, there are probably 100 negative. I do not understand how a business like this can stay in business.
