This complaint is to address the Bob Fitzgerald, Elan Expired, Cancelled and FSBO calling program and nothing more. I have no other experience with his expertise or lack there of as related to coaching and I am not commenting on that subject. The Expired, Cancelled and FSBO lead calling program is a complete waste of money and handled very poorly. After a period of 6 months I went on three listing appointments and secured a single listing of those three. There is no pre-screening by the Fitzgerald tele-marketers and there is no knowledge of the market they are calling for you. I spent $3000 for the lead calling service. In the Scottsdale where I was located there were very few cancelled or expired listings. I completely understand this but the lack of of service and the inability of Fitzgerald Coaching to deliver on what they said they were going to deliver is unacceptable. When I asked for a refund after a very extendable period of time they would not provide one. If you are looking for a guaranteed service that will be beneficial to your business this is not it. For a business to not provide the service they that was promised and then to not provide a refund speaks volumes of their character. This is a huge bet for you as an agent and if the service does not work in your market all the risk lies on your shoulders. I do not recommend this service. Hire a part time assistant to free up some time for you to do this most important part of your business...
