Bobby Yon is a developer in South Carolina and North Carolina. There are several lawsuits pending against him. He developed our community and knowingly buried natural and construction debris in my yard thus forming two sink holes.  One sink hole caused my driveway to break apart and the other caused a retaining wall that I had built and reinforced with rebar to break apart.  After two years he agreed to fix and then went and filed bankruptcy in NC.  He then contacted me and advised via voicemail that he was no longer responsible for the damage and would not repair. 

I was advised that the entire yard needs to be re-graded, the debris removed and the holes re-filled with "fill" dirt.  Recently a news station did a report of my dilemma and had several people contact me about Yon's workmanship (or lack of).  There was even one who emailed WBTV and advised she worked for Yon when all this happened, witnessed it and is willing to talk about it.  At this time we're at an impass, Yon filed BK in NC and we're in SC.  I was advised that even if we won judgement, collecting on the $$$ would be another story.  I'm looking for any type of legal advise without costing and arm and a leg.  Thank You
