Bought sofa at Bob's furniture together with the "goof protection" that according to the salesman, "It covers everything".
Tried to use the protection plan and It's not covered by Guardsmann.

Called Bob's Furniture customer service and there's nothing they can do about it as all claims need to be resolved by Guardsman.

Looking for a lawyer and taking this to court.
