I requested a refund of money paid. After about a month, I received an email stating that I needed to fill out a credit card verification form. This form asks way too many personal questions and I refused to fill it out. After seeing the experience another customer had, I am glad I did.
I called customer service and asked that the money just be placed back onto my credit card. She stated that they could not do that, they only issue checks and had to prove I was the right person. I find this very hard to believe, as I have returned merchandise to online sites before and had my money returned to the credit card used. I have never had this problem with anyone before and find it smells rather fishy.
