Avoid Body Beautiful Collision at all costs!  Body Beautiful is a "sleazy" body shop with poor workmanship and terrible customer service.   I chose to work with Body Beautiful because it was recommended by a friend.  But, as soon as the contract was signed, my nightmare begun.  Paul, the sales person I worked with talked a great game about how nice my car would look and how well I would be treated.  

It took Body Beautiful 3 times longer to fix my car than originally bid.  They kept making excuses and pushing back the delivery date.  After more than 2 weeks of waiting, the car was finally supposed to be done. When I went to pick it up, I was horrified at the result.  Half of the work promised had not even been done, and the work that was done was so poor, I couldn't believe it.  After rejecting the work and leaving, I got a call from the owner, Joe Little, who was rude, nasty and defensive.  After sharing my side of the story Joe agreed to fix the car -- but finished the call by saying "F -You" and hanging up!   

Yesterday, I met a woman who works at a local car dealership who had a similar, bad experience with Joe and Body Beautiful.  She told me that Body Beautiful used to have a good reputation, but that Joe Little was driving it into the ground.  She now tells all of her customers to avoid Body Beautiful and Joe Little.   I wish I would have known all of this $1,300 ago!  

Overall, my experience with Body Beautiful was very poor.  This is a business to avoid at all costs.

I am very sorry that David F. left our business unsatisfied, as we take customer satisfaction very personally. I am glad that he acknowledges that we agreed to do extra work to satisfy him (which he did not pay for).  

The initial estimate was to replace some door weatherstrips and refinish the deck lid, on a gold 2002 Lexus...it had been refinished previously by someone else and the product didn't match, which is why he brought it to us. We told him that in order to guarantee a color-match, we recommended blending the quarter panels which is an industry practice. He shared that he intended to sell the vehicle and didn't want to invest that much money so we attempted, in good faith, to match the color as per his request and we were pleased with the result. However, David F. was not. He threw a tantrum in our front office in front of employees, insurance partners and customers. He intimidated our Team Leader, who has been with our company for 9+ years, into tears to the point where she said she would personally pay to blend the quarter panels (work he declined because he didn't want to spend the money).

Having the vehicle for 3-times longer than we promised is untrue. He requested that we order parts for the vehicle that were on back-order. We have no control over manufacturer parts as we can't make them. We have absolute documentation of when the parts were ordered, David F.'s casual response to understanding for the hold up and the fact, stated by him, that he was in no hurry as he intended to sell the vehicle anyway.

Instead of recognizing the efforts to make a happy customer, he suggested that he should receive a clear-bra for free (in addition to what our Team Leader already agreed to in blending the quarter panels-which doubled the repair cost). As owners, we declined to pay for a clear bra.

Being in business 26-1/2 years, Body Beautiful Collision Repair will always be open to ways to improve our service and business. Please go to the Better Business Bureau Denver/Boulder website where you will see our A+ rating.
