Body Fit Pro - BodyFitPro scam-cancelled within alloted time, kept charging credit card, refunded one month but I have been trying since June to get other month back. Also contacted MC they haven't done a thing Las Vegas Nevada

Originally ordered a sample of Green Tea capsules and then I cancelled on 6/6/07 according to their free 14-day trial period. I called 800-927-2029 within this 14 day period to cancel so I would receive no further shipments and my credit card would not be billed. I spoke to a man who called himself Christian. He said no problem he cancelled the order and further shipments. Well to my surprise when I was looking over statements they had charged my credit card for 99.61 in June and again in August. I called on August 14, 2007 and was put on hold a very long time but I held until a human voice answered. I spoke to Erin this time who was giving me a very hard time over the phone, he said they had no one by the name of Christian and that I had never cancelled because there was no record of it but he said that the June shipment must of been lost since I didn't receive anything that month but a new shipment was already on the way and as soon as they received that shipment back they would credit my card for the month of August as well as credit June. They did credit June's shipment within three days of speaking to them. I mailed back the shipment that I received in August on 8/16/07 I insured this package and also paid for delivery confirmation. It was delivered to them on August 20, 2007 at 11:16am. I called them back on August 27, 2007 and wanted to know where my refund was. I spoke to Ericka this time and she confirmed the shipment was received and said she didn't know why it wasn't refunded but she gave me a confirmation # 4F774 for a refund to come as she assured me. I once again called on Sept 11, 2007 because I still had no refund and this time I spoke to Chris, he told me he would resubmit the paperwork for a refund. On September 25, 2007 I again called and spoke to Ericka once again. They apparently are all supervisors because everytime I have called and asked for their supervisor they all have said they are supervisors. She spoke to Michelle this time who said they would push it through within 3 days. I spoke to HSBC the same day (there was definite communication difficulties when I was explaining to the HSBC representative the situation, she didn't understand anything I was trying to say and I didn't understand her very well because the English spoken wasn't very clear) they issued a temporary credit while they contacted the company. I was issued the credit to my card on 9/25 but they have since taken it back without any explanation whatsoever. I had sent a check to pay the credit card off a couple of days before and now because I had no notification that they were going to charge me again for it no I have to pay off a over limit fee on top of the 99.61 that should be credited to my account. I am at my wits end, I don't want these people to get away with this any longer. They have ripped off far to many people. I guess I should of checked out the company before I had any dealings with them.
