I then call LA Fitness corporate office @ 1-888-890-9840, pressed "0" and explained I needed to speak w/someone about personal training, got a rep and explained my displeasure w/local gym in attempting to cancel. He stated that he would cancel IMMEDIATELY over phone upon verifying my personal information. No need to deal w/local gym or worse yet, management of Body of Change.
