Body of Change Personal Trainers Breach of Contract Atlanta Georgia

In June 2002, I decided to purchase personal training from Body of Change which has exclusivity with LA Fitness Gym in Atlanta, Georgia. The trainer was late, not available even five days a week, cancelled training by calling 10 pm or not showing up. In addition, no training was available on Saturday even though I was told it would be. In addition, I was not weighed or body measurements were not taken.

I sent a certified cancellation to the corporate office as told to do. I was also told the corporate office does not answer the telephone. The local people such as the manager and district manager changed as well.

I question the business practices of this company. They are clearly in breach of my contract for services. Body of Changes uses a company called Affliliated Acceptance Corporation to send bills as well as electronic transfers. They are now threatening me with bill collectors. I intend to contact my lawyer as well as file compliants with various attorney general's offices such as Georgia, Arizona and Missouri where Affliated Acceptance is located.

This is also going to hurt LA Fitness Gym as well as this training firm has exclusivity.
