St. Francis Hospital System in Greenville, SC does let there management Bully there staff. As a previous employee of the system, Pat Fowler is the worst of them all. She has full reign of the Hospital, employees and doctors, all which fear her wrath. If you do not agree with Pat Fowler or you cross her in any way, you will be terminated, without question. For her personal issues against several employees I have seen Pat Fowler terminate employees, and will not be allowed for rehire in the future.
Pat Fowler discriminates against African Americans, I can testify, on several occasions hearing her make belittling comments to the fact that they are not as smart as the white people, and you will not see them in management within St. Francis. When this is brought to upper management Dan Duggin, Pat Fowlers boss, he fully supports the bullying and allows her to continue bullying and belittling the employees.
Pat will set her agenda to destroy anything and everyone that stands in her way. Several employees have lost there job due to Pat Fowler. Pat Fowler, has done several underhanded business deals through the hospital, and will threaten the employees with being terminated, if they speak out. It certainly is not a faith based hospital as the community is lead to believe. Please if there are others that are out there that can attest to the bullying that occurs by management at St. Francis Hospital, please write in and speak out, so others can be aware before becoming future employees or even future patients.
Working for St. Francis is a living nightmare, and they have no compasion for there employees or there patients. Mark Nance the CEO at the Hospital in Greenville started at the bottom and worked his way to the top, and you would think he would care that this is and continues to go on in his Hospital. Hopefully this will speak out to the patients, and they will think twice before having surgery in the Hospital, while management like Pat Fowler is in Control, and is allowed to lie, bully, and cut corners in patient care.

I am sooooo glad that I am not the only ex employee who feels this way. The person you mention here is a bully! I never really considered that terminology when describing her until I read this report. I was involved in a similar situation there and she did the same to me. No matter who I complained to, no one was interested in listening to my side of the story. Obviously the upper management does't care how their employees. I left a job that I loved because of her. I don't think the hospitals understand how many people have left because of her. Thanks for posting this.
