Bonaventure Senior Living Thinking of placing your loved one in Asst Living; memory care or retirement? Stay away from Bonaventure! East Wenatchee, Washington

Seniors who may be looking for retirement housing and/or families of seniors who may be thinking of placing a loved in Asst. Living or Memory Care..... please, please beware of Bonaventure Senior Living on Sunset Hiway in East Wenatchee, WA.  Please investigate before placement!  Contact the State of Washington, ask to see their past and most recent state surveys!  You will be shocked!  This is NOT the place you want to put someone you care about!  Yes, this is the same company based out of Salem, Oregon and the same company that has been reported on this same site. The state survey tells it all!  The Administraor:  tate of WA requires all facility Administrators/Executive Directors to have a degree in behavioral science and/or have taken formal classes/training to earn a degree/certification of credentials to be in this position...it has been uncovered by WA State Surveyors that the current  acting Executive Director/Administrator does NOT have ANY credentials, formal Admin. training and or required certificates qualifying him to run a Boarding Home Licensed facility. The only credentials he has is a 'computer science certificate'....He has never worked with seniors.  WA St. survey states he is out of state compliance with a number of personal health required issues aside from not have the proper credentials required by the state of WA. The facility has not even been open a full year and has gone through 4 Executive Directors/Administrators, 8 nurses, 5 Resident Care coordinators and has has 150%+ turnover in staffing! Facility has 205 rental Units and is still only 25% occupied.....would YOU want your loved one to be under the care of this company??  Sadly, this company is only about their bo$$om line not about the care of your loved ones! Don't be fooled by slick talk, promises and lovely furniture!
