Bonded Window Coverings Failed to deliver as promised. Beligerant and threatening when consumer complained san diego, California

I had a completely unsatisfactory experience with this company. They made delivery and quality promises that they just didnt keep.  I chose them because they promised delivery in the timeframe I needed, however when it came time to do it...they simply couldnt make the deadline.  What was supposed to take a week....took nearly 2 months.  Their communication about the delays was minimal and only happened because I was calling them.  Lots of promises....very little follow-thru.  Had some problems too with the installation...and he had to come back 3 times and I've had one of the blinds fail within the first 30 days.  There are lots of companies out there offering similiar quality and pricing that are more reliable and stand behind their service promise.  Very difficult people to deal with if you have a problem.
