Bongo US Bongous cheated on it shipment calculator! Bridgeport, Connecticut

Bongo lied on its shipping calculator and it cheated customer to sign up. After signing up, they will charge you nearly twice the price shown on the calculator!!
Before I sign up Bongo, i inputted 23x19x13 inch, with 13.1 lb, classic, in the calculator, it showed US$121.08 for classic. I even tried to input 25x20x15 inch, with 14lb to test the system. The cost was within US$150 after i scale up the parcel size. This shows the weight in the calculator referred to actual weight, not the dimensional weight.
So I signed up for Bongo, and when the parcel finally shipped. They charged me for US$210.62!!!!!!!!!
I tried talking to customer service, and they asked me to pay more to Bongo!!! So i can enjoy a lower shippment fee, which is ~US$150 plus US$15 x3 for signing up the business class.
And after i pointed this out, they immediately change the system, the calculator is now showing $210.62!!!
I saw the same situation with Wicky which was posted here on April 05, 2011, I definitely agree that overcharging is their PRACTICE, trying to fool the customer this way!!
Dont trust their rebuttal or reply, they said one thing and did the other, when i asked the customer service to charge me the old price, she went offline immediately in live chat...

I managed to talk to Ryan, the operation director of Bongo. He was nicer and more helpful than those customer service officer I talked to. He responded to my complaints quickly, within ~5-12 hrs. He also offered the price as shown on the calculator before I signed up, which is ~121 USD, taking the photos before shipping, and offered a $50US discount for my next shipment...
So it seems all ok, parcel arrived in ~3-4 working days, well handled by DHL.
The problem seemed to be solved. However, Bongo still cheated on the calculator. They havent fixed the calculator, at least for Hong Kong. If you input the info in Duty and Tax Calculator, they will show a super cheap price, however when your parcel is shipped to Bongo, they charged differently.
So my recommendation is, dont trust the duty and tax calculator!! The real charge is "length x weight x height (in inch)" / 139 OR actual weight, whichever is higher. U can then look at the shipping rates in Bongo website. This is the price they charge
I hope nobody will face this unpleasant experience I had with Bongo, and not reading this only to find out you have shared the same experience with me...
