Bongo international Bongous DHL, Bongo, Bongous, scam, Internet

After reading a few threads on this website about bongo international, I was dubious about using them so I asked someone on yahoo answers and they said they Were fine so I used them. I got them to buy me an IPhone case through their personal shopper because the website didn't accept the payment method and so they purchased it and the weeks went by and so after two weeks (which was Tuesday, it arrived) at their warehouse and then came the part which I had a gut feeling I knew I was going to be ripped off and I was right in thinking

so I estimated the shipping and it shouldn't be a lot for shipping considering it's an IPhone case, I've had iPhone cases sent to me from the states and the shipping shouldn't be that expensive any how, It came to 31 dollars and that's like 18 quid here in the Uk it's a freaking joke, so I payed it because I wasn't going to upgrade to their premium account and they also charge you if anything is stored in their warehouse, the shipping was very quick,

it virtually arrived in the Uk the same day and I had been tracking the parcel since it departed from New York City and it arrived in the east midlands in the Uk and I had shipping notifications to let me know the progress of the parcels where a bouts of it, and I checked my emails to discover it was out for delivery today so I waited in all day and then guess what I received a phone call from DHL saying I had to pay 9.31 for duty tax I was so upset bongo Obviously didn't cover the cost, but I'm guessing it has nothing to do with them really. Overall they are an expensive and they con you.
