Their app doesn't work properly on Apple, they do not respond to emails or communicate back with me.

$187 down the drain for nothing.

It Hard To Resolve Any Issue when the seller doesn't repond to email or return telephone calls. They made no effort whatever to make their promgram work. NO REFUNDS is their broken record.

Michael purchased our software, agreeing with our EULA (End of User Agreement) that states no refund will be made for issues that are not technical, because the software is downloaded. For this reason, we strongly recommend using our free trial to see if the program will be a good fit, BEFORE purchase. Days after his purchase and download, Michael changed his mind and demanded a refund, claiming "non-receipt". We responded immediately with recommendations and offers to help design his cover; he refused, and filed a dispute. We disputed his lie of non-receipt by filing proof of purchase and download with PayPal, which was decided in our favor. 

No, we don't just care about the money. We offer the free trial so we know our customers will be completely satisfied with the product.
