I purchased this software in 2009. I never received the CD I purchased. I paid a total of $222 which included the CD. During that time I sent three requests for customer service through email and NEVER received a reply.

Hi I have purchased a copy of BookCoverPro. With a hard cover book jacket for a 6X9 book the measurements must be 6+6+3.5+3.5=19 however, when I typed this into the program what comes out does not show where the flags are to be printed. It just looks the same as the soft covers. What am I doing wrong?

I struggled with the software, downloaded the guide and used it as much as I could without my questions being answered. Last week my computer hard drive crushed. Because I never received the back up CD I have lost the program. I have again sent three emails with no reply. Here are the emails to BookCoverPro that despite the words in the autoreply I have not received a reply.

I have also sent an email through the website itself. ALL HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I am becoming not only nervous over the loss of such a valuable program for my business but also frustrated and even upset that my repeated contacts have gone unanswered. An automated reply is not a reply. I don't know what else I can do to get their attention. Of course after requesting over and over again for the CD and never getting it I was very afraid that this would happen but I had to use it. Now that this has happened I don't wish the frustration on anyone else.

I am now forced to find another program that can do the work that this one did for almost three years. And while I didn't use the program as much as I wished having to learn it alone but now after paying over $200 for this program I feel I should be able to continue to own it. It is my hope that this report will at least keep others from feeling the worry and frustration I have had with this purchase.

Resolution

I believe we resolved this issue with Linda. It was simply a case of her email being misdirected when our system was down recently. She has received her new login to access the members area, and her new CD is on its way (old one was mailed, but never delivered, and we never received notification from her back in 2009).
