This website is the biggest JOKE that tries to call it self a travel site. I tried to get in on this sale and the website goes down and so I called and was on the Phone for over 90 mins to be told sorry nothing can be done as the sale is over. I spoke to a manager who said there is nothing that can be done. They did not even have the foresight to think about the added volume to their servers and also did not even add ANY staff to answer calls they just had the normal night shift trying to take all the calls. The best she could say is they are trying to think up a way to offer a second chance!!!!!!!!! What a bunch of crap. She even said there was no way for a Manager to look up how much the sale would have been and that she does not have any way of over riding the system. I told her I would be posting this response to every site I can find because if this is the type of service they offer who would want to use them because most of the sales they have are still more than FunJet and Cheapcaribbean's regular prices. The worst part is they have great site that is easy to use but with the way their customer service is and with their prices it is better to go somewhere else!
