Unfortunate situation

POSTED: Monday, May 14, 2012This is an unfortunate situation, but can serve as a cautionary tale to other publishers that creating consumer demand ultimately dictates the success of a book. If the books don't sell through to the consumer, they will be returned and the booksellers demand a full refund, which is taken directly from Bookmasters.
Bookmasters works directly with over 2500 publishers at any given time and although we strive to make all customers happy, sometimes that is simply not possible. I encourage readers of this post to check out our BBB page, where Bookmasters has an A+ rating. Thank you.
