On January 2, 2013 $47.00 was applied to a reboost card bar scan code ending 4100. When I attempted to process the reboost card to apply the funds to my cell phone account it would not work. After calling Boost mobile at 1-866-402-7366 and speaking to four different customer service representatives and getting hung up on three times I finally spoke to a Michael. The first three customer service representatives informed me that once the funds were applied to that reboost card the money was automatically electronically applied to another phone account and that is why the card would not work for the account I was trying to apply the funds to. I asked for a credit or transfer of funds but was hung up on repeatedly. The reboost card/website and/or advertisements do not state that the cards are linked to a specific account. I finally spoke to a customer service representative, Michael. Michael asked that I fax proof of recharging the reboost card with the amount requested and that request was
completed on 1/2/13 at 5:11pm. Michael stated that he would activate the phone for three days until this situation could be rectified. On today, I attempted to use the phone but the phone was not activated. I called back to customer service and was told that the money was not refundable or transferable and was told that I used the wrong account number when I tried to redeem the money from
the reboost card. I was disrespected by the customer service representatives condescending attitude and called a liar over and over again by the customer service representatives insistence that I incorrectly redeemed the card. I asked for a supervisor over and over but the same person returned to the line insisting that he was a different person the supervisor, Arvin that I requested. I was told that it was not something that Boost mobile did but it was my fault and my mistake. Arvin refused to provide me with another supervisor to speak with and refused to correct the problem.
As of today I am looking for another cell phone company.
