Why every time Boost claims to be improving coverage and/or customer service things just seem to get worse not better, are upgrades constantly taking useful things away?  Again with the currently unable to download. Please try again later error I keep receiving. This is the saddest service I have ever received every time someone sends me a picture I cannot download it. When I call support, they tell me it an outage in my area to improve Boost service towers.

I have been told this 4 times i know is BS because the service still sucks. I asked if there is a known problem with the LG Mach phones receiving pictures Boost said no, but how can that be that every time I’m sent a picture an outage is occurring in my area? This is not fair and as soon as I find another phone, I like with another carrier I am leaving Boost I cannot deal with it anymore. The phones are crappy and cannot be fixed or replaced with equal phones. The customer service is extremely poor and rude and incorrect information being giving, accounts not properly notated. Another thing I was told my phone could be used as an hotspot but every time I try it tells me contact Boost.

I am so done with Boost Mobile in 2014. So sad boost mobile cant work with the manufactures of the phones boost sells to help customers but boost has a say so in what phone you receive as a replacement. Boost dont care what phone the customer paid their hard earned money for boost will give you the phone they fill you should have. Not fair the replacement is always a step down then the phone the customers has. It is okay for the customer to be knocked back and given less but not boost no not boost cant be knock back, lose money, or receive less of bill.

Not once did someone offer a long term solution to me. Review my account and see how many times boost has screwed me. All i want is slider phone that works and gets good coverage and carrier that has my back. The third party for insurance is a rip off and a waste of money, the phones always run out of stock and as i said, the replacement phones are always a down grade. In my case, i have the lg mach, my replacement is the galaxy prevail 2, i hate it so much no keyboard just all bad.

A supervisor told me that new phones including slider phones would be coming out online to boost in june 2014, no new phones have came out in june. I was given 50% off any phone online and told i could use it when the new phones came out. I have a slight interest in the lg volt but boost wont allow assurant to replace my lg mach with the volt as it is considered an upgrade and boost will lose, but it is ok to force the customer to lose. After all i have been through with boost you think that someone would make an executive decision and just offer allow my replacement to be the lg volt.

Upset because i believe i was only given the code knowing i would not be able to use as no new slider phones came out. This is just poor customer repeatedly with boost mobile.  I am so dissatisfied with boost i am blasting boost on every social media site because if the world sees all the bad reviews boost has just maybe boost will actually improve and start to care for the customers.

Boost Mobile dose not care about the customers only the money, why is there no corporate office to regulate the screw up? The service Boost tries to offer customer is a slap in the face after the things Bosst causes or put customers through. Not fair I am so sick of reaching customer care reps who can't understand me or I can't understand them. ALWAYS a 15 -20 wait for a unprofessional and knowledgable Supervisor and don't ask for a Manager becuase they will tell you someone will call back and NO ONE EVER calls back. Customers account are not properly notated.

The recording on Boost Mobile number 866 402 7366 repeatly states Boost is improving in many ways - NOT true as my phone and every one I know with Boost still have the same problems WEAK coverage everywhere, crappy phones that cost over $110 then you insure your phone and your replacement will not be equal.

BOOST MOBILE IS UNFAIR TO CUSTOMERS.
