after being a member of boost mobil customers,i was told that boost mobil will not service my account unless i purchase an hmdi type phone or my receptions will be dropped,since the tower the're using will be defunct.I was told to buy a newer type phone.this was in early October .a few days later boostmobil announced that they will be selling a new cellphone,called the LG VENICE@219.99 plus tax, I ordered 2 phones @ 219.99=$440.00.they promised 10 % discount =$44.00.they processed the payment,2weeks later the phones arrived from Indiana,-Never Applying my 44.00 discount. I called,and called,and called.a few times they just hung up the phone.,finally i was told ,i should go to a boost mobile retail store,they can cancel the order ,and re-input it with the discount,and i should mail back the 2 phones to them,all this before this FRIDAY(this-i was told) is the deadline. well,i have news for you,Just because i am not computer professional,I will not allow anyone try to CHEAT ME.
