Dr. Boris Abayev has the nasty habit of demanding that patients who have just been treated talk to those in the waiting room. He imposes himself on patients to sell his service to patients waiting in to be treated, particularly new patients who fear injections or have doubts.

Abayev wanted his son, or his wife to treat my son and me with massage therapy. To my knowledge I never saw their license to practice massage therapy which is an area that requires extensive study. Anyone can give love and massage family members at home, no matter how good you think you are unless you learn the basics and more advanced techniques you should keep your hands to yourself.

How much more so a doctor insisting you allow his wife, the administrative assistant or his son to massage patients! During a session of injections to my neck, he was screaming instructions to his wife with his head turned to the right towards the reception area. A real pro, in reality this shows a hubris and overconfidence that is bound to lose out over time, the law of averages. Someone will pay dearly for this Abayev's methodology.

First of all we do not do SEO for years now. Secondly we have NO clients in tech except as direct consultants to law firms and businesses which have impeccable reputations and we do not deal with any firm except reputable ones.

The folks who posted this are bold faced liars. Go ahead add an image of any funds we received you lying sack of crap.

We are on LinkedIN and as anyone can see at realtimellc our reputation is squeaky clean. We still count multi billion dollar banks and law firms as clients while the degenerates who posted this are lying.

We invite anyone who claims we took a penny from them to contact me personally vial LinkedIN and state their case. This report is a lie and it will NOT affect our reputation as anyone that knows us knows they can trust us with one dollar or a million.

LOOK up any of the degenerates we posted online on this site and any one of them may have contributed to this bogus report about transactions that NEVER took place.

I dare you lying scum to attach any cancelled checks or wire transfers showing that we received even one dollar from you lying sacks of crap.

The original report is absolutely true and every word of it is real. This Abayev fellow comes from a part of the world where lying and cheating is a normal course of doing business. He even offered money to have the original report removed.

My name is Dr. Boris Abayev, M.D. and I am rebutting this statement. 

First of all there is nothing wrong to put your real name under the original rip-off report I am trying to rebutt. The person who wrote this did not put his name onto the report. Why? Probably he had something to hide or the information he has provided was not accurate.

Therefore, I would like to give you more accurate info, since the original author has failed to do that.

He used a nick name " you get what you paid for". This is ridiculous. Nobody uses that name. You are giving your feedback about a medical doctor, so, please use more appropriate language.

I hope that looking back this person feels embarrassed for what he did to me, trying to ruin my reputation I worked hard for. 

Luckily this is not who we are. I would like to refer people reading this statement to other websites, if you want to know the truth. Those websites are the following:

vitals.com; wellness.com; healthgrades.com; everydayhealth.com; angieslist.com of course among other websites.

We have made our services available to the patients with all types of insurances, including Medicaid; the doctor is on the phone after hours personally accepting all phone calls to make sure that patients may reach out to him if they have questions or concerns. How many doctors in the USA do you know who makes himself available to the patients after hours, on weekends, on Holidays, early in the morning or late in the evening over the phone? Not many. The doctor walks an extra

mile to satisfy every patients need, to provide a good quality of care, and as a result we have thousands of satisfied patients.

We do have proven results in thousands of cases, even in most challenging chronic pain cases, where few patients who had migraine headaches for years were cured; we have successfully treated chronic pain conditions, where other doctors gave up on the case, giving our patients some

hope. That is where we stand today: the doctor is very humble, down to earth, speaks to his patients, explaining their condition, making himself available after hours, trying to do his best to help patients in the time of need.

Now, responding to this statement, my question is how is it a ripp-off? What did we do to rip you off? Did we take your money and did not provide services we promise to deliver?

Yes, we do ask patient's for their feedback and nothing is illegal about that. I am sure every organization has a legal right to ask for a feedback for the services they provide. These feedback help us to improve our services, for example: in one of the feedbacks one of my patient wrote, that he wished our chairs would be softer. I immidiately have changed chairs in the waiting area for the softer ones with armrests. Wasn't that a good idea to make sure that your patients are very comfortable in the waiting area? Yes it was. I have found out about this via the feedback.

Also, I have to emphasize, that I am the only medical doctor in the office and nobody comes close to the patient, except me. Of course, when somebody asks for a glass of water, my receptionist may bring a glass of water to the patient. Nobody else provides services to the patient except the doctor. Everybody knows that. Also, when the patient is in the exam room, nobody can bother a doctor. This is ridiculous, that someone is challenging the basic of the ethics. We have thousands of satisfied patients and the person who wrote this report, was simply trying to hurt me and I am sure he feels ashamed of what he did looking back. Nobody talks during the procedure. I do talk to a patient however, asking him/her to relax. Yes, in the waiting area, people do talk to each other about their own experience with the pain, but I have nothing to do with that. I cannot prevent people talking to each other in the waiting area.
