In December of 2007 we purchased a cd player from the home office in Ma. When it arrived it did not have the adapter that would connect to the Bose radio that we already had. They were taking an X amount of money from the credit card each mo. for payments. We called them and informed them of the problem and were told that an adapter would be send to us asap. That was over a year ago and nothing came. We then boxed the system up an mailed it back to Bose and was told that we would be refunded, they received the system and we were told that they did. Now that has been over 6 months ago. We have heard absolutely nothing from them. We have called and sent letters. This place claims they are a high end performance company when the are just as bad as all of the other online companies that give no results. Avoid them, take it from us we learned our lesson the hard way.

I have purchased many Bose items, and I've never been anything less than thrilled. When you see the Bose name on any item, you know you are receiving HIGH END QUALITY.
I've also had to call Bose with question a couple times, and both times I received excellent service.

Bose is not by ANY stretch of the imagination a "high end" audio manufacturer. You can pick up several different systems at WalMart for less than $100 that will outperform Bose in any situation. Read all about Bose all over the web. The results from independent test labs will bear these facts out. I can certainly believe everything you said concerning their customer service, as well. In audio circles, BOSE stands for Buy Other Sound Equipment. Enough said.
