Bose Corp. This Company Does Not Back Their Products..... Framingham Massachusetts

We bought a cd player from this company and it would not hook up to our radio like they said it would. We made numerous phone calls and they said they would send an adapter so the cd player would work. We waited and waited and waited and NO adapter. Phone call after phone call was made and to no avail. Now this went on for over a year, then e mails were sent, and nothing now during all of this time payments were taken out monthly for this product, until it was paid for. Now another year later the item was sent back to the company in Mass. when I called to see if the item got to them I was told that it had been recieved and we would be getting our money back plus interest.

Well, guess what? We placed another phone call to the comany and talked to someone in mgt. and we were told that the item never reached them. This person was sent all of the correspondence that we had made with Bose and now it is May 20,2009 and WE HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ANYTHING... This company has got to be taken down a notch and people need to know what kind of business practices they conduct.
