Boston Hannah offered us an advertising deal for a right hand page ad in the first quarter of the magazine as the sponsor of a feature article. They claimed the magazine had a distribution of over 3 million copies in the UK. When the magazine finally came out the ad was in the last few pages, on the left hand side and didn't contain a feature article on the topic mentioned anywhere in the magazine. The ad stated how proud the company was to be sponsoring a feature in Well Being which looked absolutely ridiculous as there was no feature. The magazine didn't appear to be on sale in any of the shops mentioned and when we complained BHI admitted the distribution was approx 11,000.

They have since refused to answer a further complaint sent multiple times, refused to acknowledge a request to meet with us and discuss the matter, lost a payment made to them and began to send emails of an insulting personal nature. 

Their sales techniques were incredibly aggressive and once the ad space was sold they were unavailable by phone or email. They are liars and take advantage of small businesses. DO NOT GET TAKEN IN BY THEM.
