I received my Third billing from them today with the same lack of information.The bill i received today stated "You have received and invoice with your book. and two additional bills have been maild to you requesting payment. We still have not received payment nor any other word from you to date. Take this opportunity to settle your account now, befor it goes into DELINQUENT status and other measures for collecting it must be considered".
I have been trying to contact them to send the book back with no luck . I tried to return the book but the post office said the package had been opened and i need a return authorization from the company that shipped the book. I feel i have no obligation to pay for this book and continue to search for a way to contact them with some results.
