That's a very old scam, send you something you never ordered and bill you for it.
It's so old there's a law against it.
If anybody sends you something you didn't order and then tries to bill you for the whatever. don't pay a cent.
Whatever they sent is now YOUR proplerty, you can do wnatever you want with it, keep it, trash it, it's YOUR PROPERTY NOW
Don't pay ANY bill, not even for returning it, this is a fraud.
