Bottom Two Investments - Nutra Foods Marked my order 'No Thanks' to extras & 'No' to keeping cc on file. CC charged $87.65 15 days later anyway. Middletown Delaware

1st: Like many other unwaring citizens (as I have talked around to friends) I got scammed. I didn't receive any email acknowledgement of my order for the Free Trial and there was no opportunity to even print out the finalized sale page after giving my cc no. I felt a little strange then as every company I've done business with on the Internet before has sent me an invoice and a confirmation via email. I didn't get either one with this company.

2nd: I made the Free Trial order on January 25th and received an envelope with a clear plastic bottle in it about 5 days later. It had 28 capsules in it, no name of manufacturer or distributor on the bottle. Also, there was no invoice or shipping voucher inside the envelope. They charged my cc $87.65 on 2/9/09 without any notification.

3rd: I called my VISA Dispute Center on 2/13/09 after receiving the envelope with a bottle inside. I didn't open the envelope and followed the instruction of VISA csv about sending package back via certified mail and calling them with a tracking no. They were very aware of many people having the same complaint. These people want you to forget where you made the order as they don't want you to review their terms and conditions or understand the consequences. After considerable research, I finally came up with a phone no. which I put in this form.

4th: After hearing that there are 1000's of complaints against this company and a couple of others, i.e. Acai Burn (largest scam artist), I can only suggest that the Credit Card companies fine them and revoke their merchant license. The AG's also need to shut them down. Shame on you Oprah Winfrey!
