NEXT, tell them that you are going to file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. They'll respond with "You're welcome to do what you want, but the dispute will take months to resolve. Also, we win 99% of the disputes." What they will tell you is true sadly.
LAST, tell them that you are aware that you will lose the dispute, but you are going to file it anyway. THE SECRET IS THAT THESE DISPUTES AGAINST THEM HURT THEIR COMPANY AND WILL GET THEM SHUT DOWN FAST!! If every person who gets ripped off files a chargeback, THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!
CALL YOUR BANK or credit card company, let them know about the unauthorized charges and the poor customer service and they'll take care of the rest.
THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO HURT THEM. PASS THE INFO ON!!!

I POSTED IN THE PAST THAT YOU SHOULD FILE A DISPUTE WITH THE BANK, BUT ALL THIS WILL DO IS SCREW YOURSELF AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. Talk to the customer service agents and you will have a chance of getting your refund back; a better chance than if you file a dispute, because the dispute guarantees that you will get NO REFUND at all because the company will win the dispute.
ONCE AGAIN FALSE INFORMATION WAS POSTED BEFORE AND I RETRACT MY FIRST POST.
