Credit card statement February shows $4.95 charge on 1/16/09.
Received product trial bottle 1/20/09 in plastic RX type sealed pouch in mail.
By two weeks time realized product is causing diarrhea.
Recieved 2nd bottle 2/2/09.
Put bottle aside and I am at fault for not pursuing return immediately.
Found March credit card statement billed $74.45 on 1/31/09 by Bottom Two Investments.
Third bottle recieved 3/6/09.
Found phone number 866-913-0756 and called on 3/6/09.
Talked to Cortney on phone. Cortney says "Once product leaves the warehouse no returns are authorized."
I told Cortney that it took 15 days to realize your product was causing diarrhea.
Courtney repeated "Once product leaves the warehouse, no returns are authorized".
I asked Cortney for an RA number.
Cortney repeated "Once product leaves.....
I told Cortney that the bottle is sealed and hasn't been opened.
Cortney replied "Once product leaves.....
I asked Cortney for the address of the Company that I would file a small claims court suit against and Cortney said "You can name Bottom Two Investments" 110 W. 9th St. Suite 665 Wilmington, DE 19801
Found credit card billed another $74.45 on 3/2/09.
