Tickets went on sale 12/14/12 for an artist that we really wanted to see...used my iPhone to go on line to order tickets & this website appeared first & highlighting the venue. Bottom line is that I purchased four (4) $79 mezzanine tickets for $129 plus $17 misc fee each. Was advised that my credit card would not work & asked for be it card, which I gave.
Called the venue's ticket office & was advised that the top ticket price was $99 for front row tickets, which were available. The tickets that I had purchased from this vendor did not exist.
To date, I have refused delivery of the tickets...
These guys are crooks!
