My wife bought me tickets to the Pearl Jam concert for my birthday in February.  I called in March asking where the tickets were and they said they would be printed and shipped in June.  June comes and goes and still no tickets to be found.

In early July I called to see if there was any update to the status of my tickets.  Over the course of the last week and a half I have spoken to about 9 different people 10 different times.  Each time I call the person on the other line can not give me any information and tells me they will pass the information along and that someone will call me.  I have only recieved a call back 1 time, and when I returned that call I never heard back.

I did finally speak to a supervisor named Sarah who assured me that she would follow up with me by 2 pm today with the status of the tickets.  I have still not recieved a followup call from Sarah in regards to the tickets.  I have called and left 3 messages today trying to get an answer.

When I did finally get ahold of someone, who didn't give me his name.  He told me that I would have my tickets via email on Thursday.  I tried to explain to him that based upon my previous dealings with boxofficeticketsales.com that I did not have any trust that I would be followed up with.  After insulting me and telling me that he would email me a copy of the invoice that I already had, he hung up on me.

The net result thus far is that I'm sitting here 4 days before the concert when I ordered the tickets 5 months ago, being ensured by a company that has no credibility that I will get the tickets the day before the show.

UPDATE!

AUTHOR: Jwucook - ()

I spoke with boxofficeticketsales.com yesterday and they informed me the only tickets available were rooftop seats across the street.  They started with offering me $100 off, that is a joke.  Then they went to $200 off, also a joke, and finally to $300 off.  I looked up the tickets and saw that the seats were across the street and positioned so that they were off to the side and partially behind the stage.  I was informed this was the only option and they refunded the money.  I am now without tickets to a once in a lifetime show because of boxofficeticketsales.com.

They have a 100% guarantee that if the seats are not available equal or better tickets will be provided.  I look online today at boxofficeticketsales.com and I see they are selling tickets of better value and told me yesterday that there were no such tickets.  To me this is a breach of contract and I will be looking into legal action I can take against this company.
